After 7 to 10 years of experience in a business environment, you have a pretty good idea of how things should be done. You’ve also proven that as a project leader or manager. You also have the necessary experience in IT projects, maybe even in CRM.

You’re not afraid to be called out on customer satisfaction, on the contrary.

Du sprechst Niederländisch, Französisch, Englisch un verstehst Deutsch. You can easily interact with customers and stakeholders.

You have a degree in engineering or information technology, but you really make a difference with your hands-on experience.

You’ll set up and manage project charters, business cases, PMO tools, project scoping, … Don’t panic, they’re all open book assignments.

You’re a ‘leader by example’. You are part of a team and you coach your team members. As a leader, you’re obviously smart enough to also listen to them. And to be flexible.

You remain on speaking terms under all circumstances, even with the most difficult clients.

You have an eye for details such as planning, risk analysis and costs. The most important detail is always the quality of your work and that of others.
